Single Estate Assam Tea with Whole Spices

At the heart of this blend is malty Assam black tea sourced from our family-owned estate in Upper Assam. This robust base is essential, as it provides the structure and body needed to carry spices without losing clarity.

We then blend in whole spices: cardamom for fragrance, ginger for warmth, black pepper for brightness, cloves for depth, cinnamon for sweetness and nutmeg for softness. Each ingredient is carefully measured to create balance rather than intensity.
