At Dehing Tea, we want every order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition, so you can enjoy the freshness and flavour of our Assam teas.

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of order receipt.

We offer the following delivery options with Royal Mail:

FREE Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £15
Standard Delivery £3.95 (arrives in 3–5 working days)
Next-Day or Named-Day Delivery (UK Mainland) £6.95

All orders are carefully packed at our tea studio in London to ensure your tea reaches you fresh and secure.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirming dispatch of your order.

While most orders arrive within 3–5 working days, delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen postal delays.

International Delivery

We apologise in advance but we currently do not offer international shipping for our Assam teas.

If you are based outside the UK, please feel free to contact us with your queries and we will do our best to assist you.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If you’ve requested that your parcel be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, please note that we cannot accept liability for any lost or missing orders.

In rare cases of postal strikes, weather issues, or other unforeseen events, delays may occur but rest assured, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
