Carefully selected and hand-picked at the peak of Assam's revered second flush season between May to June, our premium quality, single estate tea is harvested from our family-owned gardens in Pengeri, Assam and expertly processed on-site at our tea factory.

Assam's second flush black tea has a rich and enhanced aroma, bold strength and smooth finish, making it enjoyable both plain and with milk.

• Single Estate and Origin – grown and processed on our own gardens in Assam
• Flavour Profile – malty, robust, with natural caramel and honey notes; excellent plain or with milk

Brewing Instructions

• Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup or one teabag per cup
• Add freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F)
• Steep for 3–5 minutes depending on preferred strength
• Enjoy plain, or with milk and sugar for a classic Assam breakfast tea
