Our premium quality, single estate Assam Second Flush black tea is harvested at the height of the season between May to June, when the tea plant produces its most aromatic and flavourful leaves, resulting in a rich, malty flavour and a full-bodied character.

Grown in Pengeri, Assam on our family tea gardens and processed in-house at our tea factory, this single origin, quality CTC loose leaf tea offers a richer aroma and smoother depth than everyday Assam, with rounded malt notes and a lingering finish.

The 100g pouch is ideal for those looking to explore Assam’s seasonal character or enjoy a more refined black tea experience without committing to a larger size.

Brewing Instructions

• Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup or one teabag per cup
• Add freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F)
• Steep for 3–5 minutes depending on preferred strength
• Enjoy plain, or with milk and sugar for a classic Assam breakfast tea
