Beautifully presented in our reusable gift caddy, our premium quality, single estate Assam Second Flush black tea is grown on our family-owned tea gardens in Pengeri, upper Assam and processed in-house at our tea factory.

Hand picked and selected during the height of Assam's second flush season between May to June, this revered seasonal harvest results in tea with a rich, malty flavour and full-bodied character.

Known for its depth, aroma and smooth finish, our CTC loose leaf tea is packed into Dehing Tea's gift caddy, making this edition an ideal gift or centrepiece for your tea shelf.

• Second Flush Assam Black Tea – harvested in late spring for a bold flavour and deep amber liquor
• Single Estate and Origin – grown and processed on our own gardens in Pengeri, Assam
• Flavour Profile – malty, robust, with natural caramel and honey notes; excellent plain or with milk

Brewing Instructions

• Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup or one teabag per cup
• Add freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F)
• Steep for 3–5 minutes depending on preferred strength
• Enjoy plain, or with milk and sugar for a classic Assam breakfast tea
