Dehing Assam Second Flush Black Tea is made from hand‑picked leaves harvested in May–June, the peak of Assam’s second flush season. This period is known for producing teas with a rich, malty flavour and a full‑bodied character. Our tea is grown and processed on our family‑run gardens in Pengeri, Assam, ensuring single origin quality and consistent taste.

• Loose Leaf – available in 100g pouch, 200g pouch, or 100g caddy
• Also available in biodegradable teabags
• Flavour Profile – malty, robust, with natural caramel and honey notes; excellent plain or with milk

Brewing Instructions

• Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup or one teabag per cup
• Add freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F)
• Steep for 3–5 minutes depending on preferred strength
• Enjoy plain, or with milk and sugar for a classic Assam breakfast tea
